JOB POSITION: SALES EXECUTIVE (LOCAL & EXPORT)


QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES

• At least minimum of 2 years' experience in food local and export industry

• Preferably English and Mandarin Speaker

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or any other relevant courses.

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES

• Strategic business planning for local and export markets both Danson and Milton chocolate products and OEM business
• Penetrate and open new local and export markets for Danson and Milton brands
• To work with the appointed distributors in different markets to grow the business
• Participate in relevant Local and International Food Trade Fairs to create brands awareness and to seek new customers.
• Launch of new products and revamp the packaging design in line with the export market trend and demand
• To ensure the products price lists is competitive in the local and export market.
• Follow up on all payments due from customers.
• Assist in the Form D application and other relevant documents from the varies authorities for the export requirements.
• Provide prompt and good customer service and all emails to reply customers within 48hours
• Arrange local and export logistics to deliver to local and export customers.
• To arrange regular visits to all local customers.
• Preparation and follow up all products samples as requested by our customers.
• General and administrative matters.
• Other assignments and projects as given by the superior

 


 

JOB POSITION: LEASING & ADMIN OFFICER


QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES

• At least minimum of 1-2 years' working experience
• Malay and English speaker
• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or any other relevant courses.

 

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Assist with new lease creation. (e.g. gathering all the relevant lease information necessary for creating lease contracts, including lease terms, lease obligations, payment terms, critical dates for completion or renewal, and contact information for all parties. Additionally, must track all lease amendments.)
• Manage assets or properties for Souq Putrajaya.
• Process lease renewals and terminations. (e.g. finalize all paperwork before tenant can renew or terminate a lease, similar to the responsibilities involved in new lease creation.)
• Handle and provide follow up on typical lease related issues.
• Assist marketing department to implement marketing calendar every month.
• To follow up and prepare documentation / report in term of project
• To prepare documentation of expenses budget / capex for Selera Putra and Souq Putrajaya
• Help superior in evaluating performance (e.g. writing reports, analyzing data)
• Maintaining up-to-date lease files and databases.
• Prepare weekly and monthly master tenant listing report (e.g. sales report for every tenants, summary report, rent collection, monthly expenses, outstanding payment report and etc.)
• Attending tenant meetings and recording meeting minutes when applicable.
• To perform ad-hoc task assign by superior as and when required.

 


 

JOB POSITION: SENIOR IT EXECUTIVE


QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES

• Minimum 4 years' experience in IT Management, with at least 2 years in senior leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information or any related field
• Strong knowledge of current and emerging technologies, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, data analytics and enterprise software.
• Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team. Have ability to assist in problem solving and strategic thinking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CISSP, PMP, ITIL) are a plus

 

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Develop and implement the IT strategy that supports the company's business goals and objectives. Provide leadership and guidance to the IT team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the selection, implementation and management of all IT systems and infrastructure. Ensure the reliability, security and scalability of the company's technology platforms.
• Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost effective use of resources. Oversee vendor and contract negotiations to ensure favourable terms and service levels.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives, identifying opportunities to leverage new technologies to enhance business performance. Lead projects to integrate advanced technologies into the company's operation.
• Ensure the company's IT systems comply with relevant laws, regulations and industry standards. Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to protect the company's data and system from threats.
• Collaborate with senior management and other departments to understand their technology needs and provide effective solutions. Communicate the IT strategy and performance to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.

 


 

JOB POSITION: SENIOR ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT


QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES

• Preferably 1-2 years working experience
• Must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Accounting
• Must know full sets of accounts

 

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• To do full set of accounts for Colours & Fragrances SdnBhd - main shop Satellite new contract.
• To do payment for the said mentioned accounts.
• To do bank reconciliation/ sales bank-in reconciliation, intercompany reconciliation and other necessary reconciliation.
• Assist in stock analysis for ordering.
• Assist to review purchase orders.
• To assist in e-invoicing implementation and execution (e.g. tasks before implementation and preparation of self-billed invoices from principals/ other documents).
• Assist in internal audit (as and when necessary) including visiting outlets.
• To involve in stock count exercise (either monthly, yearly or ad-hoc).
• Assist in finalization of accounts before Year End audit.
• Assist in preparing trading, profit and loss forecast/budget/simulation as and when necessary (monthly, quarterly and annually).
• Assist in preparing analysis as and when required and later prepare report on the subject matter.
• Assist in reviewing all debtors and creditors and propose action to be taken.
• To assist in preparing profit & loss accounts to find breakeven.
• Assist in preparing for branch strike off.
• Assist to liaise with 3rd parties (e.g.: auditors, tax agent).
• Ad hoc tasks to be assigned as and when required.

 

 


 

JOB POSITION: ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT


QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES

• Preferably 3 - 4 years working experience
• Must possess Degree in Accounting
• Must know full sets of accounts

 

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Main: To assist in e-invoicing implementation and execution (e.g. tasks before implementation and after).
• To review all monthly accounts from all assigned staffs (including from Langkawi and Manufacturing) before submitting to Accountant for final review before report preparation.
• To review all yearly accounts from all assigned staffs before submitting to Accountant for final review before year-end audit.
• Assist in internal audit (as and when necessary) including visiting outlets.
• To involve in stock count exercise (either monthly, yearly or ad-hoc).
• Assist in finalization of company accounts before Year End audit.
• Assist in preparing trading, profit and loss forecast/budget/simulation as and when necessary.
• Assist in preparing tax estimation for CP204 submission (for all companies).
• Assist in reviewing all debtors and creditors and propose action to be taken.
• Assist in preparing for company strike off (documentations and accounting entries).
• Assist to liaise with 3rd parties (e.g.: auditors, tax agent).

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES

• Proven experience as content creator, live host or streamer.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia/English, with a strong on-camera presence.
• Expert in using social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn)
• Creative mindset with the ability to adapt to different tones and styles.
• Experience with video editing software (Capcut, Vegas Pro)

• Develop high-quality, visually appealing content (images, videos, graphics, and written posts) tailored for each social media platform (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective social media strategies that align with our brand goals.
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and engage with followers to build a strong online community.
• Track and analyze social media metrics to assess the performance of content and campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media, content creation, and digital marketing to keep our content fresh and relevant.
• Work closely with other departments (e.g., design, sales) to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms and initiatives.
• Assist in the development and execution of social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Develop engaging and visually appealing content (photos, videos, live coverage) before, during, and after exhibitions to highlight our presence and offerings.
• Attend exhibitions to capture real-time content, engage with attendees, and promote live interactions on social media platforms.
• Work with exhibitors and sponsors to create joint content and promotions that enhance visibility and engagement.
 

 

 


 

JOB POSITION: PRODUCTION OPERATOR


QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES

• High school or equivalent, previous experience in food production.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-pace environment.
• Good communication skill and teamwork capability.
• Work overtime as needed to meet production demand.
• Able to work with minimal supervision

 

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Operate and monitor chocolate processing equipment, including tempering and moulding machine.
• Ensure that all production processes meet quality standard and specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production target.
• Inspect product for quality and ensure they meet standard product assembly.
• Label and prepare boxes, ensuring correct product information.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to safety and hygiene standard.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking raw material supplies and packing supplies as needed.
• Follow safety and hygiene protocols at all times.

 

 


 

JOB POSITION: PROFESSIONAL PROMOTER


QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES

• Preferably Chinese and English speaker
• Experience in sales and retail industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Willing to work in shift

• Passionate of doing sales, excellent communication with customer in order to close sales and achieve sales goals
• Manage retail operations. Eg: Arranging of promotional area, products display, inventory handling to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain outstanding shop cleanliness and visual merchandising standards to achieve highest sales opportunities.
• Assist in retail operations such as stock take
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
• Handle customers inquiries and provide customers service
• Ensure that promotional materials, including posters, flyers, and digital content, are current and visually appealing.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of promotional activities and sales performance
• Gather customer feedback on products and promotional activities to help improve marketing strategies and product offerings.
