Over the past years, we have become pioneers in organizing outstanding promotion activities with added-value and achieving promising sales results, as well as providing sensorial experience to customers.

The most recent and current running promotion this month is Lancôme’s Virtuôse Precious Cells Mascara launch at C&F KLIA. The concourse promotion set-up was absolutely classy and elegant featuring visuals of Lancôme’s new ambassador, Julia Roberts. Value added service was given to KLIA passengers as they were invited for free makeovers. There is a stylish makeup studio complete with all the makeup tools, chair and spot light to pamper passengers making them feel like they were international stars. The promotion has indeed created a buzz at KLIA. Thousands of KLIA travelers were captivated by this event and were even seen taking photos with it!

All-in-all, it was a win-win situation: customer footfall and penetration at C&F was improved, bolstering Lancôme sales and further enhancing KLIA’s image as the region’s shopping haven.
