Hershey’s spins a sweet surprise at Kuala Lumpur International Airport – 29/05/09

MALAYSIA. Choc Stop International has launched the ‘Hershey’s Spin a SurPrize’ promotion at Kuala Lumpur International Airport.

 

Making use of an electronic spinning wheel, passengers participating in the ‘Hershey’s Spin a SurPrize’ promotion can win prizes ranging from Hershey’s Kisses fondue sets to Hershey’s branded travel bags and Hershey’s chocolates

Held at the retailer’s shop at the airport’s Satellite Building, the promotion kicked off on 1 May and will run until mid-June.

Making use of an electronic spinning wheel, participants can win prizes ranging from Hershey’s Kisses fondue sets to Hershey’s branded travel bags and Hershey’s chocolates.

The promotion has increased sales of the brand in May by more than +125% year-on-year. Choc Stop International also attributed the solid performance to “well-trained, multi-lingual promoters and a persuasive and seasoned hostess”.

“The Hershey Company’s wide variety of chocolate innovations from Kisses, Nuggets, Bliss to the all-time delicious favourite, Reese’s Chocolate, has made the brand one of the best selling chocolate in duty free Malaysia,” the retailer added.
