Job Requirements

1) Bachelor Degree in Accountancy
2) At least 2 years working experience preferably in Manufacturing Account.

Job Responsibilities

1) Well verse in Accounting treatment
2) Good in SQL accounting system
3) To ensure correct and timely submission of SST to customs
4) To review and verify QSSB and Fidani accounts on monthly basis or as and when required
5) To review QSSB and Fidani Balance Sheet on monthly basis or as and when required.
6) To assist in monitoring debtors and creditors balances.
7) To review and check all reconciliation done by the staff.
8) To involve in stock check exercise and checking the stock valuation done by the staff.
9) To review and check all entries done by the staff.
10) To monitor bank balances and Bankers' acceptance balances.
11) To review all payment vouchers, journal vouchers and bankers' acceptance.
12) To finalise accounts for internal and external audit.
13) To assist in tax estimation CP 204 and CP204A) submission including to do forecast profit and loss accounts for the year until year end.
14) To do yearly Budgeted profit and loss accounts.
15) To liaise with auditor, tax agent, company secretary and other external parties when required.
16) To prepare monthly management report and additional report (if required).
17) Other additional tasks as and when required.




Job Requirements

1) Qualification : Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Accountancy
2) Experience: At least with 2 years' experience
3) Ability

• Able to multi task efficiently
• Able to do full sets of accounts
• Accounts Receivable and Payable
• Good inter personal skills

4) Skills

• Computer literacy is an added advantage
• Good in accounting system (SQL)
• Microsoft software (especially word, power point and excel)

5) Language: Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English (written and spoken)
6) Age: 23 to 30 years

Job Responsibilities

1) Maintain full set of accounts

a. Data entry
b. Accounts payable and accounts receivable

2) Prepare monthly bank reconciliation
3) Check and maintain petty cash
4) Responsible to do forecasted Profit and Loss/ Cash flow on a monthly basis
5) Responsible to do the forecast for the tax computation CP204
6) Update and maintain fixed asset register
7) Prepare payment
8) Provide and assist on documentation that requested by auditors
9) To participate in monthly stock check
10) To assist in preparing the monthly stock valuation




Job Requirements

1) Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing and other related discipline.
2) Minimum 2 years' experience in food export section
3) Able to speak and write in Bahasa Malaysia and English
4) Able to multitask and work under pressure environment.

Job Responsibilities

1) Strategic business planning for export markets both Danson and Milton chocolate products
2) Penetrate and open new export markets and work with the existing distributors to expand the business
3) Participate in relevant Local and International Food Trade Fairs to create brands awareness and to seek new customers.
4) To ensure the products price lists is competitive in the export market.
5) Provide prompt and good customer service and all emails to reply customers within 48hours
6) Application of Form D from MITI, COO from FMM and others documentations for the export requirements.
7) Arrange local and export logistics to deliver to local and export customers.
8) To arrange regular visits to all local customers.
9) Preparation and follow up all products samples as requested by our customers.
10) General and administrative matters.
11) Other assignments and projects as given by the superior.




Job Requirements

1) Bachelor degree in related field and minimum one year of working experience
2) Related working experience in these fields can be considered: purchasing (buying), inventory or accounting

Job Responsibilities

1) Handle a portfolio of beauty brands (buying, controlling stock level, negotiations on terms, promotions support & etc.
2) Analyzing consumer buying patterns and predicting future trends
3) Regularly reviewing performance indicators, such as sales and discount levels
4) Forecasting levels of demand for products to meet the business needs and keeping constant check on stock level & managing healthy stock levels
5) Conducting research to ascertain the best products and suppliers and forwarders in terms of best value, delivery schedules and quality reacting to changes in demand and logistics
6) Meeting suppliers and negotiating terms of contract
7) Maintaining good relationships with existing suppliers and sourcing new suppliers for future products
8) Negotiating and agreeing contracts and monitoring their process, checking the quality of service provided
9) Check, process invoices & monitor payments
10) Forecasting price, exchange rate trends and their impact on future activities
11) Producing reports and statistics using computer software
12) Liaising with supplier & forwarders
13) Liaising with other internal departments within the organization to ensure projects are completed
14) Attending meeting & trade fairs, to select and assemble a new collection of products
15) Participating & organizing promotional activities
16) Presenting new brand/ranges to Heads of Department
17) Liaising with shop personnel to ensure supply meets demands
18) Getting feedback from customers
19) Training and supervising the work of other members of Merchandising Department
20) Regular branch visit





Job Requirements

1) Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology, or a relevant field is preferred
2) Minimum 2 years' experience

Job Responsibilities

1) In-depth knowledge of electrical and air-conditioning systems.
2) Advanced understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.
